Decanter Hotel San Juan

I loved the hotel, it was upscale and fairly clean. Magnificent and unbeatable location easy walk to Statue of Ponce de Leon. Finally, the property's restaurant was excellent for a late dinner after an excursion.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 1 night, nevertheless everything was amazing. Fabulously helpful hotel staff that provide excellent customer service. The property was set in a central area right by Old San Juan and fort and historic sites. Also, easy to get to a protected park.

There is an excellent staff and location in this hotel, that's why I loved it.

The hotel was extremely accommodating and fairly clean with courteous staff that provide excellent customer service. The rooms were huge with balcony.

The restaurant was good on the first floor, I tried delicious dishes. The bathroom was large, with hairdryers, a shower cap and bath sheets.

The room was updated with a balcony overlooking one of the colorful streets and the staff was genuinely helpful. Its location not too far away from Popular Bank was ideal. Unspoiled sand beach, that was what we liked.

We had of a poor quality breakfast.

Brand-new hotel, well-appointed rooms and informative staff. They made my stay such great. The rooms with a balcony and beautiful views, as example. The rooftop bar was good and the drinks were hot.

Little hotel, the stay was really great, best possible location right beside a beautiful cathedral. Our twin room with refrigerator, beautiful flowers on the deck, wine glasses accommodated us perfectly.

Even though we liked the stay, a few staff members were a bit slow.

Overall we liked our stay and would recomand. Everything was excellent, genuinely professional staff and exceptionally nice location. Comfortable room, very comfy bed and bright bathroom. Tidy and fantastic hotel in Old San Juan district. Great breakfast combined with fantastic service.

It was immaculately clean, staff was attentive. The hotel had a central location and it was walking distance to San Juan Gate.

Tbh, there was no parking space, plus Wi-Fi was horrible.

New-fashioned rooms and light breakfast, everyone can find something.

Food was amazing and I have nothing but unforgettable memories from this trip. Cute hotel, everything was really good. Fantastic view of bay. Truly decent service, as the staff was welcoming.

The room was wonderful and the location was wonderful. Huge suite and super bed. The staff was VERY VERY NICE. Restaurant was exceptional, it had casual dishes. Nice garden and amazing pool.

It's a hip new nice central hotel with exceptional location in Old San Juan district adjacent to the historic center, Old San Juan.

Lovely hotel and top-notch restaurant. We liked the size of the room - cozy, plus it was budget. Strategic location, 5 minutes' walk to a Roman Catholic cathedral. The service provided was top-notch, and the staff was cool!

It was well priced, compared to other independent hotels. Compact room, unbeatable location, extremely helpful staff. I loved the room, the bed was spacious. The swim-up bar was elegant with some awesome food.

The stay was absolutely nice. Fantastic reception. Ideal central hotel in a pretty quiet area of San Juan. The restaurant was outstanding, it had wonderful meals.

Hotel was spotless and bar staff was responsive. We chose a room with a sunny balcony, the views were panoramic. The service was all in all top notch.

we liked our stay here. a good base for exploring san juan. we were in the double room with climate control, a flat-screen tv with satellite channels and a work desk.

Old san juan and other tourist destinations where situated only a short distance to this place. Barrachina Restaurant, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option.

Comfortable beds. Totally recommended for one night
